PMI Removal — How Ordering Works

Homeowners seeking PMI removal should contact their mortgage servicer first. Ask what valuation is required, how the provider is selected, what it costs and how payment is collected. You may share Globalx LLC’s contact information, subject to the servicer’s ordering and provider-selection rules.

Globalx LLC accepts PMI-removal assignments from lenders, servicers, AMCs and valuation companies. These reports must be ordered through the lender or its valuation company; homeowners do not order or pay Globalx directly for them. Globalx bills the ordering client under agreed terms and does not contact a lender on a homeowner’s behalf.

A valuation is independent and does not promise a value or guarantee PMI cancellation. Eligibility depends on the loan and applicable requirements. These comments concern conventional-loan PMI; FHA mortgage insurance follows different rules.

Stewart / AMC / Lender Direct Billing Globalx bills the ordering client under agreed terms.
Credit or Debit Card A secure payment link is provided after the quoted fee is approved.
Approved Account / Invoice Available for established clients.

Card information is never entered directly on this website. Secure card processing will be handled by the payment provider. Card and invoice options are separate from the PMI-removal process described above.

Optional CubiCasa service. CubiCasa floor plans and GLA measurement documentation may be ordered separately when needed.

At the client’s request, a lender, AMC, or client-provided form may be substituted for the standard Globalx LLC report format when supplied with the order.
